I have been going to Andrea for Personal Training for three years and three months. I started because I wanted to lose weight and get fitter. From day one Andrea set me achievable targets, she worked out a food and training plan for me, she encouraged me, motivated me, she pushed me out of my comfort zone and in the process I became fitter, had more energy, toned up and lost weight. She is able to answer any question about healthy eating and give advice on sore muscles or injuries.
Three years on and I enjoy our sessions just as much, the sessions are hard work and target the whole body, no two sessions are the same, she continues to motivate and encourage me to stay on track. I call her my “exercise angel”.
When I first went I could not run for very long on the treadmill – she encouraged me to run a leg of five miles in a Half Marathon as a goal – that was three years ago I have since completed three Half Marathons.
Andrea is a fantastic Personal Trainer who gets the best out of you in the gym so you can look your best outside the gym.
