Utilising barbells and weight plates, Pump FX provides a progressive, complete-body workout to the latest and greatest in chart and club anthems. Traditional resistance training exercises such as squats, lunges, presses and rows take on another dimension through the use of functional, multi-plane movement. With an emphasis on intensity and technique, this interval-based workout targets individual muscle groups to improve body composition.

SPIN – Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
