Bridal Package - This 12 week programme of 3 sessions per week will ensure you feel confident and look great on your wedding day. Includes a full nutritional profile to ensure your diet compliments your fitness regime. Only £720! Normally £900. Or why not invite your bridesmaids to share the cost..only £900 for up to 4 people....normally 1080!! !

Post Pregnancy - Rebuild your body after your pregnancy and take some time out for yourself. 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks £185 per month.

Beach Body - This programme will really make you hot property on the beach! Consultation,  4 sessions per week for 4 weeks & nutrition package only £360!

Drop a Dress Size Challenge – 6 week Challenge includes Consultation, Personal Training, Nutition package & home workout plan.
2 sessions per week - £315. 3 sessions per week - £450.

Nutrition Plan – A Nutrition plan tailored precisely for  your goals – weight loss, weight gain, muscle mass, optimal energy etc Consultation & Plan £40.
 Plan plus meet once per week for 8 weeks (Groups of 4 or more) for weekly weigh in, info, advice and support

Fitness Testing - Monitor Health, Identify weaknesses & strengths, Monitor progress, Provide incentives.

Kids Fitness- Boost confidence & learn new skills. Individual or group personal training sessions & also classes in schools, clubs, groups etc.
