 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BOXERCISE Circuits    

BOXERCISE is a circuit style class including an aerobic workout, weights, skipping ropes, punch bags, squats, push ups and abdominal work. It’s designed for everyone. The workout uses the entire body and you burn far more calories than your average aerobics class. It is extremely fun and provides you with the means to tone up and shape your body into the lean or muscular look you want. Boxercise caters for people of all fitness levels and abilities.

BOXERCISE is great for stress relief!     Give it a go - you’ll love it!
